HBL Brand UPVC roofing Tile is manufactured in one step using multi-layer co-extrusion technology, with each layer serving a specific function:

• The surface layer is made of super weather-resistant ASA resin, ensuring the product's durability, chemical resistance, and color stability.
• The middle layer is a light-shielding and heat-insulating PVC resin layer, providing light impermeability while maintaining toughness and a certain degree of rigidity.
• The bottom layer is composed of white wear-resistant material, enhancing the sense of space and brightness in workshops.
